Enjoy the spectacular skyline from the Port Jackson district including the famous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, or stroll through Circular Quay to see the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Customs House, a symbol of Sydney’s heritage

DAY 8 – Full Day in New Caledonia

This morning at 7:00 am, dock in Noumea, the third largest island in the South Pacific. The city is the capital of New Caledonia and has a distinctive French flair. Visitors will find stylish boutiques selling the latest fashions and delicious French fusion cuisine in the local restaurants. For the more adventurous, explore the natural beauty of this island by horseback or set off on a scuba diving trip in the crystal clear waters. Set sail at 4 pm

DAY 9 – Full Day in Ouvea (Wadrilla), Loyalty Island

Today, arrive in Wadrilla at 9:00 am for a blissful experience on one of the South Pacific’s purest islands. Wadrilla was declared a native preserve in 1895 by the French, and now more than a century later, many of the local customs are still in practice. Spend the day at the beach playing in the silky sand, or set off on a snorkeling adventure to catch a glimpse of the fish and turtles that call this paradise home. Continue sailing this evening at 6 pm**

DAY 10 – Full Day in Lifou, Loyalty Island*

This morning around 8:00 am, tender in the waters of Lifou, the capital of the Loyalty Islands. Although this island is the most populated of the archipelago, the natural beauty has remained untouched and visitors will surely think they have reached a tropical oasis. The white sand beaches are surrounded by lush jungle, and dark cliffs dramatically juxtapose the emerald waters. Be sure to taste some of the island specialties made with local ingredients including lobster, coconut crab, taro and bananas. Set sail at 6 pm**

DAY 11 – Full Day in Vila, Vanuatu*

Arrive in Vila, one of the 83 idyllic islands that make up the archipelago of Vanuatu at 8:00 am. Visibility in the ocean water is fantastic, so it is no wonder why many visitors opt to hit the sea. Join a scuba diving excursion to an underwater shipwreck, or even dive to the world’s only under water post office! If you’d prefer to stay dry, perhaps brush up on your swing at one of the 18-hole golf courses. Cruise to New Caledonia at 6:00 pm**

DAY 12 – Full Day in Isle of Pines, New Caledonia

At 7:00 am, tender in the waters off the Isle of Pines. Captain James Cook named the isle for its native Araucaria trees, a conifer with a striking resemblance to pine. The island has a unique limestone cave system that should not be missed. In a few areas, underground waters have carved natural pools that are perfect for a swim while others are best experienced by foot while viewing the stunning stalagmites. If you would prefer to get in some last minute snorkeling, the clear waters of the lagoon are an excellent for spotting tropical fish and coral in the shallow waters. Leave for Sydney at 5:00 pm
